Health Services

Our Health Services for residents include Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living and Memory Care. All of our Life Care Communities are accredited and recognized for excellence. Non-residents of our Life Care Communities can also apply for care for any of our Health Services.

Skilled Nursing

Five Star Skilled Nursing is for residents who need medical care following an illness, injury, surgery, hospitalization or for those who need long term care. Skilled Nursing means you have professional medical care, support and assistance 24 hours a day. We also offer short-term rehab.

Assisted Living

Professional staff provides the help needed with the daily activities of life. Knowing that someone is there 24 hours a day gives you and your loved ones comfort and security. You can expect such things as assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, medication management, activities and standby mobility assistance as needed.

Memory Care

We provide a safe, home-like environment to help residents maintain a meaningful lifestyle. Residents are provided with a calm environment and close, personalized attention from specially trained staff. Time is dedicated to purposeful activity, engaging conversation and enjoyable pastimes tailored to the individual interests and life experiences, in a compassionate residential setting, 24 hours a day.
